Flora & Henri “Frances” flats

Granted, I pretty much love everything at Flora & Henri (such elegant children’s clothing) but right now I’m mad for these Frances shoes. Flora & Henri is also now carrying “fancier” accessories, like Paul & Joe cosmetics, and Italian stainless.
