
Jackson Square could be one of my favorite areas in San Francisco. We were there on Valentine’s Day, and it was a nice quiet way to spend the rainy afternoon.
William Stout Architectural Books, our destination, was even better than I’d hoped. The photo below gives you a good idea of the shop’s interior:

I spent most of the visit downstairs in the graphic design section. Lots and lots of tempting titles, including the Shop Identity series I’m so smitten with. (Even the 11-year-old was busy exploring!) In the end, I decided to buy Simply Packaging. My next post will explain why.
