Renegade Handmade

handmade baseball cards | simple pretty

Every year, I tell myself I’m going to the Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago. I love finding new stuff to fall in love with, and yet, I never make it. It always falls on my son’s birthday weekend, and between his party, and a soccer game or two, there’s no time for a run to the city. This year, the fair is September 15 & 16, so as I look at my calendar, there will be soccer, my son’s birthday and my brother’s wedding to boot. Hmmmm, 2007 is not looking promising, either. Problem solved! Now, there is a Renegade Handmade Store in Chicago. Located at 1924 W. Division, it is open every day. That, I can manage ….. I’ll follow up my shopping trip with a meal at Crust. It’s a plan!

Check out the list of vendors at the Renegade Store at renegadehandmade.com.

Photo above is of my son’s handmade baseball cards. Produced 7/31/07. Limited supply. He’s looking for some interested buyers …. Stay cool, all!

Your sons cards look great! I think I’ll be missing the craft fair too, it’s a little far for me to travel right now, the shop looks like a great substitute though. Hope you have fun visiting it.
