
The birthday dinner came together great. Still learning the oven settings, and probably could adjust the temp a bit lower when using the convection, but I like my chicken cooked all the way, so what if the potatoes were a little crispy? All was forgiven when the ne plus ultra of desserts was served. Marsha & Scott (Green Prairie Bakery: you guys are genius. This could be the best tart ever.
