Speaking of updated websites (a la Makié), my favoritest cupcake provider has a spiffy new site full of recipes, news and lots of lots of gorgeous photos by ultra-talented photographer Elizabeth Lynch.
Better yet, Southport Grocery is working on a way to ship those yummy cupcakes anywhere in the US. Get ready, UPS and/or Fedex man. You’ll be busy.
Favorites from the menu? Bread pudding pancakes (they sell the mix), cupcake pancakes (even better than you’re imagining), and seasonal fruit dressed in vanilla vinaigrette. All are heavenly. I need to get back there for breakfast soon.
I hope my dentist isn’t reading this post ….
