If I Were in New York City

So many things tempting me from NYC right now, like

  • Saved the musical opens today at Playwrights Horizons. Will it be as excellent as the movie?
  • Dessert Truck We have at least two ice cream trucks come through the neighborhood each day (at 4:30, no less – thanks, ice cream man). Why not one for adults? I’d order the pavlova.
  • Myriad breakfast options. I love breakfast food, pretty much any time of day.
  • But that doesn’t mean I don’t want to stop for coffee later.
  • And I’ll of course stop by to check out John Derian‘s new furniture line. (Click on “furniture line” to see the options.) I will be there for a while …. lots to see.
  • More Bouchon Bakery for sustenance, or perhaps Babycakes.

On the plane, I’ll read David Sedaris’ new book and the laughter will distract me from my fear of flying.

What am I forgetting on my virtual agenda? Leave a comment.

See you tomorrow from construction central. (I now totally believe the saying, “Every project has a surprise”. We got ours yesterday.)
