My head hurt on Wednesday from all of the ducks I’m trying to get in a row before the 28th: that would be “tear-down of the current kitchen” day (courtesy of Habitat for Humanity – we’re donating our current cabinets) as well as delivery of the new cabinets, as well as the start of no kitchen, which, I’m sure, will be interesting. Get ready for lots of reports on the glories of carry-out.

Wednesday’s Tribune introduced me to some very interesting people. (Yep, I’m still making time to read the paper – what else are you going to do at 5:30 in the morning?) Click here to read all about Team TEAL – that is, the Typo Eradication Advancement League. They’ve covered a wide swath of the United States, discovering typos, and even better, pointing them out, and if permitted, correcting them! Read all about their journey at the TEAL blog. As someone who grimaces when she comes across a typo (especially when it’s coming from corporate America; not so much when it’s a 10-year-old) I’m cheering them on. If you’d like to read the Tribune article “Typo Personalities”, it can be found here.

Back tomorrow with the Five. And probably (maybe?) some stationery news. If you need a quick fix, check out Paper+Cup’s blog, with photos of their ultra-cute booth at the show. Can’t wait to see it up close!
