Do you like cute stationery and Fresh bath products? Then you’ll love this week’s giveway. The stationery is from Jenny Sweeney Designs – a local (Libertyville, IL) stationer that just re-opened its cozy little shop. Now, in addition to their own line (which is now fully stocked in-store), they carry some independent designers’ works. I spotted Night Owl Paper Goods as well as Jennifer Murphy’s pieces for Midwest of Cannon Falls. They also have started to offer fresh flowers. The flowers on Thursday were gorgeous: freesia, parrot tulips and other unique stems. It’s a great place to pick up an impromptu bouquet “just because”. Oh, and before I forget, lots and lots of ribbons by the yard, too. (That’s what I bought. Clearly, I’m now hoarding ribbons in anticipation of a global shortage.) If you’re in the Chicago area, stop in Jenny Sweeney Designs and check it out.
Back to the giveaway: It consists of a Jenny Sweeney Designs birthday card, some bunny/Easter-themed notecards (set of 8), as well as samples of Fresh’s nectarine milk lotion and hesperides shower gel. I got the Fresh product samples at Barney’s in San Francisco two weeks ago, so they’re pretty “fresh”.
Interested? Leave a comment (no anonymous, please) at this post by 11:59 pm cst on Monday, March 3. I’ll draw one name and announce the winner in Wednesday’s blog post. Good luck!
Extra happiness: While at Jenny Sweeney Designs, I asked about my favorite script postcard that they mailed out three years ago. It’s the work of Debi Zeinert at Blooming Quill. That card will be one my ribbon wall permanently, I think ….
