Week Twenty-four: Le Pigeon Voyageur

Simply sublime aptly sums up my feelings about new(ish) stationery line Le Pigeon Voyageur. Based in Zürich, the team of Naomi Baldauft (designer) and Rita Nicolussi (printer) turns out a fantastic assortment of utilitarian luxe paper goods. I hope to get a better look at their designs at Maison et Objet this September. (Fingers crossed they’re showing, and also my press credentials come through.) A good selection of Le Pigeon Voyageur products can be found online at The Journal Shop (UK), as well as select shops in Switzerland + a smattering of European cities.

beautiful in its simplicity. this seems to suit your aesthetic perfectly. and i love that they’re all about reviving the lost art of handwritten communication. i was just feeling convicted about wishing someone congratulations on a new baby via facebook, instead of sending them a handwritten note. i think this is a sign ;)
