If you clicked over this morning hoping to hear about the fabulous baby shower, shopping and cultural escapades that were supposed to be my weekend, well, it didn’t happen. Instead, I had a date with my bed for most of Saturday, with a fever between 101 and 102. Delightful, huh?
So, instead of telling you about the shower, I’ll highlight my present, beautifully wrapped by Chandra at Greer. And tell you that Smart People is a pretty good movie to watch, even when you’re not feeling well. The rest of Saturday is a blur ….. I haven’t been sick in a long time, and it felt odd.
On Sunday morning, the boys went out to pick up breakfast and they brought home some creme brulee french toast for me. No good photos for you as it was in a togo box, but it was very tasty.
The good news is that things can only improve.
