The August issue of Food&Wine arrived on Monday, and as soon as I saw this photo I ripped out the page with the recipe for Mixed-Berry Spoon Cake. Because someday soon, I will have an oven (again). And when I do, this will be one of the first treats I bake. Unless I make the pound cake crisp.
