Prada’s fall collection featured lots and lots of lace, which didn’t do much for me. I preferred the looks above. But here’s the thing: back in September, when I was studying their spring collection, the bolder prints and florals didn’t do much for me, either. And now I’m kind of intrigued. So perhaps that’s a sign that come fall, I’ll be working some lace into my wardrobe. Or perhaps I’ll just mimic Miuccia’s personal wardrobe. She always looks perfectly put together! I like the look of lace, but wearing it is different entirely–I chafe and feel that “first day of school” awkwardness.
