The last time we visited San Francisco (spring of 1996!), one of the shops I’d hoped to visit, but didn’t, was Bell’occhio. I regretted not stopping in, and would be reminded of it each time I’d flip through Martha, or Victoria, and see it cited for some fabulous item. Well, this time I would not be denied. On Saturday, we took a cab up to Brady Street (my feet were hurting!) and entered the adorable and charming shop. It’s small, but I took my time and looked through it all. Then I studied the ribbon wall (pictured above) and selected three different ribbons to cut and add to my inventory. One of those was a grey-red ribbon I’d pre-admired at their beautiful website. I snagged a business card, too. I love pretty business cards! Bell’occhio is definitely a “must see” shop. (The shipping department, located right next door, is pretty, too!) If you can’t get there, spend some time browsing online. So much elegance and fabulousness to see.

Oh, that looks amazing… I’m headed that way next week – I just hope that my already full schedule allows me to sneak in a visit!
Thanks for capturing their ribbons. I still have this shop on my list of places to go.
